Mr. Edward Richards Mr. Edward Richards, Diné

Worked for 27 years in the forestry industry with Navajo Forest Products Industries, moving from Road Engineer to General Manager.  Then worked for 6 year as a Director for the Navajo Nation Small Business Development Department and finally, three years as the  Executive Director for the Division of Economic Development before retiring and starting a private consulting gaming firm and  serving on various successful Boards of Navajo Nation business entities. Mr. Richards is married with children, dividing his  time between his homes in Albuquerque, NM, and Navajo Nation, Window Rock, AZ; and holds a degree in Management from Northern Arizona University.

Mr. Larryl Lynch Mr. Larryl Lynch, Diné

Owner of several companies including a film production company, a publishing and advertising agency, and a monthly lifestyle magazine.  Mr. Lynch has worked for major newspaper organization in California, Arizona and Texas; created and developed a feature length film; and  worked for an advertising agency throughout which he started several companies. Mr. Lynch is single with one child, lives in Albuquerque,  New Mexico, and holds a degree in Journalism from New Mexico State University.

Mr. Tom Teegarden Mr. Tom Teegarden

Experience managing the interface between tribal government and tribal business, Mr. Teegarden worked 16+ years as a planner, strategist, and chief executive for tribal development corporation at Taos and Acoma pueblos. He is the current Vice President for Native Resource Development Company, a Navajo woman-owned 8(a) business headquartered in Gallup. Mr. Teegarden earned a BA at Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Colorado – Denver, and divides his time between residences in Albuquerque, NM and Ft. Defiance, AZ. He is an avid cyclist, a well-known powwow singer/composer, and a 24 year Navajo in-law.

Mr. Wilson Barber, Jr. Mr. Wilson Barber, Jr.

Mr. Barber has worked many years with the Navajo Tribe since 1960 and in various Indian  communities as a federal employee for the B.I.A. He was an Area Real Property Management Specialist;  Agency Realty Officer; Agency Superintendent in South Dakota, New Mexico, and Northern California as  well as Area Director for the Phoenix area and Navajo area before he retired, April of 1998.  Currently, Mr. Barber serves as a Director for the Native American Bank Bancorporation Board of Directors;  Board chairman of the Nahata Dzill Real Estate and leasing Corporation, Sanders AZ; and has previously  served as Chairman for the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority Board. He is widowed with two grown  children, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and another on the way. He currently cares  for his 91 year old mother in Gallup, New Mexico.
